Bulzeye 3x "teleconverter"

Does anyone have experience with the Bulzeye 3X optical converter?

Some models thread right onto the rear of a Leupold scope, for example, and triple the magnification.

This struck me as an interesting option, so I got one ordered.  I figure it might help me demonstrate the true accuracy of the rifle off the bench a bit better, or possibly with marmots or ground squirrels (that sort of thing).

Right now, I can't see the holes in the target at 100 yds with my 204, but I'll bet I can with this accessory. (Seeing as how I don't own a spotting scope.)

It isn't a "free lunch". It also magnifies the cross hairs, drops the brightness, and constricts the field of view (as one would expected).

Using one precludes the use of a rear scope cover (of the thread-in type).
Live all you can: It’s a mistake not to.
